CAN YOU IDENTIFY THIS PERSON?

 The person witnesses saw on the 6th floor, the person stopped by Marion Baker, and the Tippit suspect all shared almost identical physical and clothing descriptions. First noticed by Sean Murphy, those descriptors  can be seen clearly in the man shown in this Hughes clip. If he could be  identified, it may help to eliminate him from consideration.  As it stands, he should be considered a key suspect.
